MOSAIC
MOSAIC is Stockport's young people's drug and alcohol service. They offer advice, information, help and support about drugs, alcohol and tobacco. The services they offer can be used by any young person aged under 21 plus the parents, carers and family members of young people aged under 21.
They can help people who are worried about drugs/alcohol; offer a stop smoking service for young people who want help to quit

| Drug and alcohol service | If you want advice and information about drugs, help in dealing with worries about substance use or help to cut down or stop using, the drug and alcohol service may be able to help you. |
| Family Service | If you are the parent, carer or relative of anyone aged under 21 and you are worried that the young person is using drugs or alcohol. The family service can help you deal with your concerns and offer help and support. If you are a young person whose parents use drugs or alcohol, the family service can help. You can see someone for help and advice and you can also join their 9-week group programme, where you can have fun, make new friends and get help to cope with the problems you may face. |
| Counselling Service | If you or a family member are using drugs or alcohol and need some help in dealing with difficult life experiences and emotions, the counselling service may be able to help you |
| Complementary Therapies | If you feel stressed or tense and feel like you need some help to relax, the complementary therapy service may be able to help you by giving you a chance to rest and relax and learn how to deal with stress |
| Stop Smoking Service | If you are under 21 and want help to cut down or quit smoking, this service may be able to help you |
| School Based Service | If you are a pupil in a Stockport secondary school and have any concerns about drugs, alcohol or smoking, you can see a worker in your own school for help, advice and support |
| Specialist Medical Service | If you are using alcohol or drugs on a daily basis and need help to stop; if you're feeling depressed, low or paranoid and think it may be linked to your drug use; if you would like substitute medication to help you cut down your drug use or if you would like help to detox or would like a residential rehab placement, the specialist service can help you. |
MOSAIC is open daily from Monday to Friday and has two late night openings (on Monday and Wednesday).
